★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude salesperson. Does not want to answer when you ask them and when they do answer, they answer with no energy at all. Better talk to a scarecrow than these rude salespersons. Not just 1 but most of them. Bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in on a rainy day with my wife and 2 young children (2.5 and 4.5 years) and straight away we got the cold stare as if the children were going to run amok and turn their store upside down.
Every single shoe that I picked up to have a closer look, as soon as I put it back on the rack the staff promptly 'adjusted' it as if all employees were hired based on having OCD. After noticing this I tried to put the shoes back as straight as I could without using a protractor however this was not good enough.
There were a number of shoes I was keen to purchase, but promptly left with a bitter taste in my mouth.
All the way from Melbourne, I was looking forward to this visit but shame about the extremely unpleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the shopping experience in ATMOS MYEONGDONG is like Korean don’t know what “manner” means. the expression are always grouchy and impatient on their faces. and the female staff even throw all the things in the shoes box to express her disdain, sneer and laugh at foreign customers in Korean. that is why the service industries in Korea is so notorious that I have never experienced this kind of bad attitude in any other countries. it was certainly a terrible consumer experience in ATMOS MYEONGDONG.
（we just tried on once from beginning to end and just checked out quickly)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store was on our list to check out when we were visiting Seoul, known for their shoe collection. This store seems to cater to certain people the staff wants to. When we went into browse, there was a shoe in particular we had inquired for but the employee didn't want to help us get the size we wanted. The staff here comes off as if they only want to sell shoes to the customers they want to --not everyone that walks through the door. Disappointing experience especially since they are located in Myeongdong. I can say the Japan Atmos stores represents their brand better than this location.

Even if I bought a pair of shoes within 6 minutes and asked the size with a friendly attitude, the saleswoman glared at us with an extremely displeased attitude and threw the shoes I wanted into the shoe box
At the checkout, foreign travelers will not be as familiar with the currency as locals. Finding the wrong money. The female clerk even rudely laughed with her colleagues. This experience is unforgettable in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should have read the reviews before stepping in this store. Staff are like unleashed dogs, with no manners and respect. They wouldn't bother attending to you even if you're looking and holding on a pair of shoe. ATOMS should do something about this outlet in Myeongdong. I thought I was the only one who'd experienced such horrible service, but I'm not alone. FYI, been there twice in 2 days and I thought to give them another chance to prove me wrong but too bad.
