成田ー金浦 成田でバゲージのタグを付け忘れられて機内積み込み漏れになりました。荷物が着かなかったので調べると 出発地に置かれたままでした。その荷物は二泊三日の旅の2日目の夜にホテルに届けられました。翌日の午前便で帰国する為 只々荷物になるだけでした。 人間だから 手違いやミスはあります。 しかし荷物がない旅がどんなものなのか ここの航空会社は 分かっていないと思います。 着の身着のままで化粧品もありません。 ホテルフロントに届けられたスーツケースと封筒に入った$100「baggage delayEd」と書かれた社内文書の様な物だけです。 お金の問題ではありません。 そもそも 荷物が遅延になった理由は あなた方の会社のミスで積みもれの 事の根本が分かっておられますか? 決して ロストバゲッジではないのです。 謝罪はありませんでした。 あまり良い印象のない航空会社です。

絶対に使用しないほうがいい 仁川空港で遅延があり(かなり遅延も多いらしい) 乗継に間に合わないという話をしたら 横柄な態度で 「あなたの名前のプレートを持って 乗り継ぎ先のチケットを渡航先で 用意して待っているから安心しろ」 と言われましたが 渡航先に着いても プレートを持っている人はおらず しかも台風による遅延なのでという理由で 代替えのチケット代金も 支払いされませんでした。 飛行機会社として あまりにも横柄で未熟だと思います。

I just comment on this Main Ticketing Office. 10 points for the staff here. Helpful, happy and friendly staffs. This is my first time buying Asians Airline tickets. Hope to have a nice flight

We flew on asiana from seoul to osaka in business class. Food was delicious and staff was friendly. Took off one star because toddler was seated behind is and kept pushing on our seats through out the flight. We just ignored it and kept our ear phones on to block out noise.
