This school made me want to make a guillotine

the incompetent and irrespinsible faculty surprises me once more.

This school, very interesting and full of energy of the infinite stars shining at the rainbow. I could see the unicorn shining above me as I looked up the beautiful bathroom. Let's cheer for the everlasting toilet papers on the beautiful bench in my room. The made me agriculturalatated with my ugly fingers. Thank you APIS! MWAH~ I ate lots of beautiful skies looking at the shining windows. So EAT MY JUICE CHICKEN !! NONOMNONONONO

Um... Its a really good school i really like it nd i decided to attend this school after 2 years because im now in 9 grade so I'll come there in 11 grade love it

This school truly is the epitome of trash. The faculties are incompetent and incapable of teaching and guiding the students. The students there are generally unmotivated, immature and heavily lacks the proper social skills. The school facility closely resembles that of a prison which is appropriate considering the food and the misery experienced by the students are comparable to what inmates go through daily in their prison cells. After paying all that tuition all that I have gained is crippling depression.

This school is amazing. Teachers and faculty members are super sweet, professional and passionate about the children’s education. The facility is great as well. Kids can enjoy school life in the new playground for elementary school, music rooms, art rooms, library and more. My daughter loves cafeteria foods, so she eats twice. :) They serve Korean, western, salard bar, and bread everyday.

This school seemed fine but much of the teachers were unexperienced and some had other issues. A lot of theme were amazing but most of them left. Many schools have serious problems this one just doesn't take anything seriously. The Hawaii campus for APIS though is something else. So much drama and the school hides it all or they just don't care. It straight up hell.

Attended this school X years ago. The school was expensive for what little they provided in return. The school location was surrounded by 4 or 5 other schools, and there was nothing to enjoy within a 20-minute walking distance. The most popular hangout place for students was a convenient store (back then it was CU, now it is GS25) and a PC방. Specific school attires were required, and they had to be purchased from tailors affiliated with this school. I don't remember the exact cost, but a winter "suit" costed 7만원 for a middle schooler, and overall the winter clothes set costed around 11만원. This does not include summer clothes or PE clothes. In this school, I felt like I was learning a lot of nothing for most classes. Few teachers were very condescending and shamed you openly in front of others if you were struggling in class. Some teachers had no passion or were overall unexperienced or had issues. For example, I attended a Korean class with my class unit, but I couldn't speak Korean. I was separated from the rest and basically did self-studying for the whole year while being neglected by the teacher as she focused on the rest of the class. Another example, an art teacher was infuriated by students' behaviors during class and proceeded to vandalize their laptops with paint, and was fired the following day. The few good teachers were very passionate and cared about our well-being, but I noticed that they all left after 2 or 3 years. Smoking in the bathroom was very common among middle schoolers and high schoolers. Lots of racial prejudice and it was difficult to make friends if you're not Korean. After one year, I begged my parents to move me to a different school, where my grades, self-confidence, and overall student life improved drastically. However, it is to note that my new classmates were suspicious of me because I told them I transferred from this school. I didn't think much of it at the time, but APIS's notorious reputation is known even to students throughout Korea. There were also substantial rumors about suspicious acts regarding college applications (edit: these rumors entailed teachers being paid by students' parents to write their college essays and letters of recommendations to Ivy league colleges or top colleges in Korea). Whether they were true, I cannot say. But I can confirm that the soccer field was built with the support of donations, majority of it being paid by one student's parents. So it is not unbelievable to say that money plays a factor in currying favor in this school. I started attending a Korean college and I still continue to hear rumors about this school among colleagues and faculty. It is bizarre how the reputation of this school is consistently the worst among international schools in Korea, and is even known to local Korean universities. I wish APIS would improve their image, because it's become shameful to share the fact that I used to go to this school... ... ...I also never want to see puke green and neon orange together ever again. Edit: I was contacted by individuals stating that what I listed above was fake and they demanded I take down this review. In response, I edited my review to better reflect my experience and clarified certain points about this school to prove that nothing I wrote was fake.
