★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 한전병원 근처도 아니고 한전병원에서 나를 쳐다볼까봐 커튼을 칠 정도로 가깝기 때문에 심장마비가 와도 엎고 달리면 엠뷸보다 빠르게 도착 할 수 있는 죽을래야 죽을 수 없는 아파트.
병원 근처에서 자살 시도하는 놈도 없을 것이기에 땅값 떨어질일도 없다.
자전거타고 5분거리 쌍문역이 있고 근처에 버거킹도 있어서 배달이 빠르다. 10분 거리에 영화관이 있어서 자고 일어나서 하품하면서 영화관가면 조조영화도 볼 수 있다.
15분정도 자전거타고 가면 수유역이 있는데 이곳은 교보문구도 있고 알라딘도 있고 그야말로 서점 천국이다.
수유와 쌍문을 가르는 우이천이 도봉구 vs 강북구라도 되는지 서로 다르게 산책로를 정비했으니 날씨 좋은날엔 자전거타고 달려도 좋다.
바로 앞에는 슈퍼마켓과 CU가 서로 싸우고 있고 병원근처라 약국은 2개나 있고 본죽도 있다. 초등학교도 5~10분거리인데 초등학생한테는 조금 먼가?
오래 살았지만 공사가 잘된건지 층간 소음도 없다.
단 하나의 문제가 있다면 화장실에 있는 수건 서랍장. 이게 좀 문제인데. 공사를 대충해서 갑자기 지 혼자 떨어진다. 화장실에서 한전병원 실려갈 수 있으니 조심해야한다.
