차량 통행이 편하도록 구조는 잘 되어 있습니다. 아파트가 오래되어 낙후된 것 같아도 시설관리가 꾸준히 잘 된 괜찮은 아파트입니다.
다만 여기 경비분들도 관리가 필요한듯 하네요. 소위 갑을에서 항상 경비가 핍박받는 존재인 을로 등장하지만, 실상 여길 방문하는 사람들에게 절대갑질하는건 이곳 경비더군요.
101동 경비실 어르신, 예의좀 지킵시다.
 Parking is not abundant.
It is well structured for easy traffic. Even though the apartment looks old, it is a decent apartment that has been well maintained.
But the guards here also seem to need management. The so-called Gap always appears as a persecuted being, but in fact, it's the guard here that never visits people who visit here.
