I added more vinegar and red pepper powder to the non-naengen, and I was satisfied with the watercress as it came out. I ate it with a premium of 100 buckwheat. Less brittle than expected. The dumplings are soft, so it looks like you used good meat. it was yummy.
H	HJ S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 면이 좀 많이 꼬들거린다. 메밀 30프로의 일반 물냉면을 먹었는데, 글루틴의 쫄깃함이 아닌 덜 삶아낸듯한 꼬들거림. 알단테가 있는 파스타보다 더 꼬들거림. 육수에서는 단맛이 좀 많이 올라왔다. 감칠맛이 짠맛과 함께 풍성해져야 하는데, 단맛이 배가 된 느낌. 주방이 정인면옥 계열이라서 육향이 강하네 이런 소리들을 하는데, 정인면옥 육수에서 나는 고기국물맛과는 분명 다르다. 만두는 그럭저럭 먹을만 한데, 만두국은 참기름향이 좀 강하다. 정인면옥 만두속과는 틀리다. 제육이 그중 제일 맛있었다. 제육은 꼭 드셔보시길. 빈대떡은 안시켰는데 메뉴판에 있는 빈대떡 사진은 광명 정인면옥 빈대떡과 흡사해보여서 안시켰다. 참고로 면수는 부탁해야 주시는건지 안내주셨다. 맘에 들었던점은 강남 능라도처럼 깔끔한 인테리어와 제로페이 받아주신다는 것이다. 피양옥은 제로페이된다고 나와있는데, 실제로는 안받는다. 아마 평냉 유명한집중 제로페이 받는 유일한집같다. 주차는 발렛을 해주는데 카운터에서 카드로 결제를 해주신다. 대부분은 현금내야 하는데 특이하다. 더 특이한건 발레비는 제로페이로는 결제 안해준다. 같은 포스를 쓰는데 말이다 ㅎㅎ The sides are a bit wrinkled. I ate regular water naengmyeon made of 30% buckwheat, but it was not as chewy as gluten, but had a tanginess as if it was undercooked. More kinky than pasta with al dente. There was a bit of sweetness in the broth. The umami taste should be rich with the salty taste, but the sweetness is doubled. Because the kitchen is of the Jeonginmyeonok family, they say that it has a strong meat flavor, but it is definitely different from the taste of the meat broth that comes from the Jeonginmyeonok broth. The dumplings are edible, but the dumpling soup has a strong sesame oil flavor. It is different from Jeonginmyeonok dumplings. The meat was the most delicious. Be sure to try the beef. I didn't order the Bindae-tteok, but I didn't order it because the picture of the Bindae-tteok on the menu looked similar to the Binda-tteok in Jeongin-myeonok, Gwangmyeong. By the way, they told me if I should ask for a shave. What I liked is that it accepts a clean interior and zero pay just like Gangnam Neung-La. It is stated that piyangok pays zero, but in reality it is not accepted. It is probably the only house that receives zero pay among the famous concentrators. Parking is valet, but you pay by card at the counter. Most of them have to pay in cash. What's more unusual is that Valerbi does not accept payments with zero pay. I use the same pose haha

N	Noel Schwartz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a big fan of Korean cold noodle and I found "IT" at last!! Just visited after the biz meeting at new fancy Andaz Seoul. Near-by Andaz. Near-by Blue Bottle coffee. Noodle has a fantastic texture as I've experienced ever and soup is really really clean and delicious. ARK(ART?) draft beer is nice Korean golden ale and it matches with this noodle in perfect. No so-ju with noodle anymore, haha.
