생각보다 그리 멀지 않고, 절이 큰 것은 아니어서 오르는데 힘들이지 않고 다녀올 수 있으며 이곳 안양사를 둘러보고 나서 산길을 통해 바로 앞에 있는 안양예술공원으로 이어지기 때문에 도보로 편하게 다녀오기에도 좋았던 서울근교 절임

It's not too far from what I thought, and the temple isn't that big, so it's easy to go up and down. After looking around Anyangsa Temple, it leads to Anyang Art Park right in front of the mountain road.

기도하기 좋은곳이다 삼성산을 등지고 있어 산행하다 하산후 들려도 되고 올라갈때 지나가도 되는 곳이다
안양시내에서 멀지도 않고 관악역에서도 가까운 멋진곳이다
Anyangsa Temple in Anyang, which is said to have been built by King Taejo Wanggeon while passing through this place, is near Anyang Art Park.
It is a good place to pray. It is a place where you can stop by after climbing Mt. Samseong and pass by when going up.
It's not too far from downtown Anyang and close to Gwanak Station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a pretty temple with cool statues in the Anyang Art Park. Lots to see, do, and eat nearby. Walkable from the station if you're into that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a little gem. You don't expect a temple complex that is to small and easy to get to to be so charming. You can be in and out in half an hour, but in that time you will see everything you expect from a temple complex as well as some of Korea's cultural heritage items.
AS an aded bonus they have a little restaurant that seres lunch. Just be sure to ask before going, because they might be preparing for something and not be taking guests.
