아주대학교 근처의 정말 괜찮은 백반집!

비쥬얼은 좋습니다.
불고기에 삼겹살을 썼다기에 기대하며 먹었는데...
좀 질겨서 아쉬웠습니다. 질긴 이유는 일반적인 삼겹살이 아니라 대패삼겹을 사용해서 그런 것 같습니다. 아시는 분은 아시겠지만 대패삼겹살의 고기 질이 그렇게 좋진 않죠.
구성은 좋았습니다. 간이 다소 짜구요, 가끔 생각나긴 할 것 같습니다.
재방문 의사는 있습니다. 다음엔 고추장불고기보다 1000원 싼 정식을 먹어봐야겠습니다. 메뉴가 매일 바뀐다고 합니다.
대단한 맛집은 아니고 그냥 먹어볼만 했습니다.
Gochujang Bulgogi (7,000 won)
Visual is good.
I ate it because I used pork belly on bulgogi...
I was a little tired. I think the reason for the toughness is not by using the usual pork belly, but by using the planer pork belly. As you know, the meat quality of planer pork belly is not so good.
The composition was good. It's a bit salty, and I think it's a reminder sometimes.
There is a doctor who will return. Next time, I should try a set meal that is 1,000 won cheaper than Gochujang Bulgogi. It is said that the menu changes every day.
It wasn't a great restaurant, it was just something to try.
