When I ran into a few issues with them, they didn't make much effort to resolve them right away but came up with all kinds of excuses not to own up to their mistakes. It makes me very upset that I paid an arm and a leg to get my hair done here only to receive BELOW-AVERAGE service and left with RUINED hair. My perm was done by one of their senior hair stylists; and she pretty much botched my perm by making it asymmetrical, which was not intended! After a few weeks had passed, one side of my perm became completely loose while the other side remained very curly. When I tried to get a hold of her, it was nearly impossible to do so. She said she would get back to me after a certain time but kept me waiting endlessly and never kept her promises. She was being extremely disrespectful by not having the decency to contact me as promised. (After some time had passed, she eventually did get back. But by then, it was too late because I was beyond upset and made up my mind not to get my hair done there again.) I simply wouldn't recommend this place for all the reasons I've mentioned and more. I would save myself a headache, money, and time and go somewhere else where I can get my money's worth and service that I deserve!!
