★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 방문할때 마다 뒷고기 부위만 있는 '아저씨 일반 모둠'을 시킨다. 개인적으로 여기서 다른 고기도 먹어봤지만 무엇보다 뒷고기가 가장 맛있다.
고기 퀄리티도 좋고 신선하다. 익히는 시간도 얼마 안걸리고 뒷고기 특유의 식감인 쫄깃하고 쫀쫀한 맛이 좋다.
기본적으로 밑반찬이 잘나오고 그 중에서 된장찌개가 맛이 특히 좋다. 옛날에는 된장찌개를 따로 시켜야 나왔는데 요즘은 기본 서비스로 나온다.
사장님도 친절하시고 웬만한 뒷고기 집에서 먹는 것보다 더 맛있고 신성동에 이런 집이 있다는 것에 감사하다.

The meat quality is good and fresh. It takes little time to cook, and the chewy and chewy taste, which is unique to the back meat, is good.
Basically, the side dishes are good, and the miso stew is particularly good. In the past, they had to make doenjang stew separately, but nowadays, it is a basic service.
The boss is also kind, it tastes better than eating at a regular back meat house, and I am grateful that there is a house like this in Shinseong-dong.
