Air Busan headquarters moved to a new office building in Daejeo 2-dong, Gangseo-gu, near Gimhae Airport. There are main building and cabin building, and it is said that the first office building in the domestic LCC industry was established. Excellent accessibility as it is right next to the Gimhae Light Rail West Busan Distribution Zone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 새케리어들고 기분 좋게 여행갔다가 귀국하는길에 수화물로 붙인 케리어가 파손 되어서 기분이 좋지 않았습니다만 그래도 수리해주신다하여 케리어를 보냈습니다. 방금 택배로 받아열어보니 케리어에 번호들이 적혀있네요 참 남의물건을 너무 소중히 다루어주시네요^^ 숫자들을 찍어 올리려다 물건도 너무 소중히 해주시는데 혹여나 그 숫자들이 개인정보와 관련되어 있을까 올리지 않았습니다 ㅎㅎ 너무 감사드립니다. 여러분 앞으로 부산항공 많이 이용들 하십시오. 아 이분들은 케리어 손잡이에 묶어두었던 식별용벨트가 운송 과정에서 항공사의 관리부실로 손잡이가 부서져서 빠져도 악세서리는 책임져 주지 않으니 기내수화물 이용하세용^^

I traveled comfortably with a new carrier, and I was not happy because the carrier attached to my baggage was damaged on my way home, but I sent the carrier for repair. I just picked it up by courier and there are numbers on the carrier.It's very important to take care of others' stuff ^^ . Please use Busan Airlines in the future. Children are not responsible for accessories even if the identification belt that is tied to the carrier handle is broken by the airline's management in the process of transportation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So they’ve cancelled all flights to Japan and say that they would refund me for my ticket. On the other hand it is impossible to get a hold of them as a foreigner. They haven’t got any email-adress on their website, and their phone number for people abroad never answers. In conclusion, it is impossible for me to get my refund.
