여긴 눈꽃빙수 맛집이닷!! 빙수는 3월~10월에 운영한다고 합니다.
3층은 노키즈존이고 음료만 마실 수 있다. 이전까지는 조용한 분위기 였지만 오늘은 너무 시끄러웠다. 시끄러우면 이젠 다시 못갈듯....

The 3rd floor is a no-kids zone and only drinks are allowed. It used to be a quiet atmosphere, but today it is too noisy. If it's noisy, I won't be able to go back...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of this place used to run a place called "강가에", which literally means 'by the river', and I've been a big fan of that previous establishment. This new (relatively) restaurant/tea house is spacious and neat, each floor offers different vibe for different occasions.
Food and drinks are decent, but some might find them a bit pricey for what you get. But the price includes the fantastic view of the river from the windows. Personally, I think when we go to places like this, we're in fact paying for the view and the seat, and food and drinks are secondary. Although, I strongly recommend a couple from the menu. Dates Tea (very think, almost like chowder), if it's a bit cooler season, and the infamous Ice Flakes series in summer.

The food is moderate in amount and light in taste.
The service is also free of burden because it always has a friendly staff.
If you're looking for a quiet place, I recommend it.
