맛있다! 꾸덕하고 우유향 굉장히 진한 아이스크림. 질감은 전혀 사각거리는 질감 없이 부드럽고 꾸덕한 질감이다. 무엇보다 상하목장 아이스크림 답게 우유향이 굉장히 진함. 크림보다는 우유향에 가깝다.
카페는 시원시원한 디자인의 브런치카페같은 느낌. 벽이 전부 창문으로 되어있어서 빛이 많이 들어오는 게 좋다. 내부에 앉을자리도 많고 콘센트도 있어서 업무를 보거나 공부하는 사람들도 많다.

it's good! Creamy and milky flavored ice cream. The texture is soft and squishy with no crunchy texture at all. Above all, like Sangha Ranch ice cream, the milk flavor is very strong. It smells more like milk than cream.
