★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 주변환경 좋은데 지하철역이 좀 멀어요. 7호선,2호선이 지나갑니다. 사무실로 괜찮은듯 싶습니다.
The surroundings are nice, but the subway station is a little far away. Lines 7 and 2 pass. I think it's okay to go to the office.

/장점/
1. 건물이 깨끗함
2. 2층 공용공간 좋음. 코로나로 닫혔던 곳 운영개시함
3. 생긴지 얼마 안된 극초반이라 그런지 건물 불편해소를 위해 관리를 꾸준히 해주고 있는 느낌..
/단점/
1. 엘리베이터 문제.
여러차례 최적의 운행방안을 찾고있으나, 불편한게 아직 있음.
>>21.02월 - 나름 현재 밸런스가 괜찮아짐
2.화장실 전화수신 불량문제 - 여전히 해소 안됨
로비나 저층은 괜찮으나 고층에선 화장실에서 전화가 안터짐. 통신사에 문의해 다녀갔으나 현재로서는 6층에 시범적으로 수신기? 라인? 을 설치해 운영해본뒤 확대할거 라고 전달 받았고, 올해안에 되도록 노력한다고만 했고 될지 안될지 모름.
> 11월 중으로 개선한다고 함.
>> 21.02월 수신문제 개선 함. 나름 잘 터짐

/Advantages/
1. The building is clean
2. Good common space on the 2nd floor. Operation of places closed due to corona begins
3. It's a very early stage, so it feels like you're constantly managing the building to relieve inconvenience.
/Disadvantages/
1. Elevator problem.
We have been searching for the best way to operate several times, but there are still some inconveniences.

2. Problems with poor reception in the bathroom-Still not resolved
The lobby or the lower floors are fine, but on the upper floors, the phone does not break in the bathroom. I inquired about the communication company, but now, is the receiver on the 6th floor? line? After installing and operating it, I was informed that it would be expanded, and I just said that I would try to do it within this year, and I don't know if it will work.
> It is said to improve in November.
>> 21.02 month reception problem improved. It bursts well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 건물 깰꼼하고, 1층에 투썸있어서 손님이랑 차한잔하기 괜춘하고, 건물 바로옆에 이마트24있어서 편의점 이용도 좋고, 2층에 휴게공간도 있어서 좋음. 근데 2층 휴게공간에 사람들 너무 못앉게 막아놓은듯.. 차라리 칸막이를 좀 설치하지, 그 많은 자리를 너무 못앉게 싹다 막아버린게 매우 아쉬움.
건물로비 경비아저씨들 매우 친절하심.
아! 최대단점(?)중 하나! 엘리베이터 안내AI가 말이 너무너무너무 많음. 예를들어, 버튼하나 누를때마다 한국어랑 영어번갈아가면서 말해서, 문 열었다>닫았다>12층누르고>15층 누르면, 문이열렸습니다+오픈도어어쩌고 > 문이닫혔습니다+클로우즈더도어 > 12층, 투웰브 어쩌고.. 등등하면 엘리베이터 6층 올라갈때쯤까지 계속 말하고있음
The building is clean, and there is a twosome on the first floor, so it's okay to have a cup of tea with customers, it's good to use the convenience store because there is E-Mart 24 right next to the building, and it's good to have a rest area on the second floor. But it seems like they blocked people from sitting in the rest area on the second floor.. I'd rather install some partitions, but it's very regrettable that so many seats were blocked so they couldn't sit.
The security guards in the building lobby are very friendly.
Ah! One of the biggest downsides (?)! The elevator guide AI talks too much. For example, every time you press a button, you can speak Korean and English alternately, open the door > close it > press the 12th floor > press the 15th floor, the door is opened + Open Door What > The door is closed + Close the door > 12 floor, If you say two well, what? and so on, you keep talking until you go up to the 6th floor of the elevator.

즐길수 있어서 좋습니다. 근처에 조금만 걸어가면 성수동과 건대입구라서 교통이 편합니다.
