Y	Younsok Choi (digitie) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 기대했던 홍게라면은 별 하나, 아무런 기대가 없었던 오징어순대는 별 네개. 그리고 식전음식인 밥에 비벼먹는 젓갈과 주인분의 친절함은 별 다섯개. 유튜브에 낚여서 홍게라면을 시켰는데 그냥 끓이는 라면과 큰 차이가 없어서 상당히 실망했습니다. 국물이 전혀 시원하지 않고 게맛도 거의 안나구요. 홍게가 두마리 들어가는데 살수율이 별로라 게살이라고 할 만한 것도 없네요. 주인 아저씨 아주머니가 친절하시고 이것저것 서비스도 많이 내어주셔서 기분 좋게 먹고 나오긴 했지만... 홍게라면은 절대 추천 못하겠습니다. 오징어 순대는 나름 괜찮았습니다. 오징어가 질기지 않았고 안에 들어가는 소도 기름에 찌든 맛 없이 깔끔했구요. 함께 나오는 지누아리 무침, 가자미식혜와도 잘 어울렸습니다. 식전음식인 견과류가 들어간 오징어젓갈과 비벼먹으라고 나오는 밥이 정말 괜찮았는데, 전체적으로 짜지 않았고 견과류 덕분에 씹었을 때 고소함이 배가되는게 아주 맛있었습니다. 개인적으로 다시 갈 일은 없겠지만... 다시 간다면 오징어 젓갈 때문일겁니다. One star for the red crab ramen I was hoping for, and four stars for the squid sundae I didn't expect at all. And the salted fish that is mixed with rice, which is an aperitif, and the kindness of the owner are five stars. I was caught on YouTube and ordered red crab ramen, but I was quite disappointed because there was no big difference from boiling ramen. The broth is not cold at all and there is almost no crab taste. There are two red crabs, but there is nothing that can be called crab meat because the watering rate is not very good. The owner's uncle and aunt were kind and provided a lot of service, so I ate and came out in a good mood... but I would never recommend the red crab ramen. The squid sundae was pretty good. The squid was not tough, and the stuffing inside was clean without being oily. It also went well with ginuari and flounder sikhye that came with it. The pre-dinner meal, salted squid with nuts, and the rice to be mixed with it were really good, but it was not salty overall, and it was very delicious that the flavor was doubled thanks to the nuts. Personally, I won't go back again... but if I go again, it's probably because of the salted squid.
