★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 주변에서 일허시는 분들이 식사후 커피를 마시러 자주 오시는 듯해요. 다른것은 뭐라할게 없는데 ㅡ 커피숍 근처에서 흡연을 하시는분들이 많아서 비흡연자인 저는 문이 열릴때마다 고역스럽더군요.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 직원 중 다른 분들은 상관없는데, 가장 통통한(?) 여자 알바 분은 심하게 불친절하네요.
어제(12월15일) 오전에 고객이랑 통화하며 들어가서 라떼 한 잔을 주문하려고 했습니다.
계속 못 알아들으시길래 마스크를 잠깐 벗고 "라떼 한잔" 한마디 말하려 했더니, "마스크 벗지 마세요!"하면서 고함치더군요.
이후 계속 통화하며 기다리는데, 아메리카노가 나오더군요.
그래서 “어, 전 라떼 시켰는데요? 추가 결재할 테니 라떼로 바꿔주세요”라고 요청했습니다.
그러자 까페 전체가 찌렁찌렁하게 소리치더군요.
"아까 아메리카노라고 했잖아요. 못 바꿔드려요! 손님이 아메리카노라고 했잖아요!“
그때까지도 고객과 계속 통화 중이었었는데요.
고객분도 수화기 건너편에서 알바가 계속 고함치는 것을 듣고 놀랬는지, "그냥 아메리카노 드시죠" 하더군요.
여긴 회사 1층 커피샵이라 자주 가는 곳인데요.
이건 머... 고객과 통화하다가 쪽이나 팔고...
부서 차원에서 그동안 사논 선불카드들이 많은데요. 그거 다 쓰면 더이상 안갈까 싶네요.
머랄까.... 알바가 손님한테 소리지르며 자기 스트레스 푸는건가 싶달까?
The rest of the staff doesn't matter, but the chubby (?) female part-timer is extremely unfriendly.
Yesterday (December 15) morning, I was on the phone with a customer and tried to order a cup of latte.
I kept not understanding, so I took off the mask for a while and tried to say "a cup of latte", but he yelled, "Don't take off your mask!"
After that, I kept talking and waiting, and an Americano came out.
So, "Uh, I had a latte? I will pay extra, so please change it to a latte.”
Then the whole cafe screamed.
"I said Americano earlier. I can't change it! The customer said Americano!"
Until then, I was still on the phone with the customer.
The customer was also surprised to hear the part-timer from the other side of the receiver constantly yelling, and he said, "Just have an Americano."
This is a coffee shop on the first floor of the company, so I go there often.
This is meh... I was on the phone with a customer and sold a page...
At the department level, there are many Sanon prepaid cards. If I use it all, I don't want to go any further.
I wonder.... Do you want a part-timer to relieve his stress by yelling at customers?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Korean Cafe franchise famous for it's dessert. Located at the first floor of the Daeryoong Techno Park. There aren't many customers here. The convinient bar next to the counter makes this place look messy. Also piled up boxes inside the counter looks messy too.
