투썸플레이스 단독 건물이라서 많이 붐비지 않고 매장이 전반적으로 쾌적하다. 창가 1인석에는 충전용 콘센트도 있고, 2인 테이블석, 4인 테이블석 등 다양한 구조의 자리가 매장 전체에 넓게 배치되어 있다.
주문을 담당하는 직원부터 바리스타까지 모두 친절한 기분 좋은 지점이다. 2021년 2월 현재 홀케이크를 사면 월말까지 안동옥동점에서만 사용 가능한 '아메리카노 1+1' 쿠폰을 제공한다.
화장실은 카운터 왼쪽에 남여분리 형태로 다소 좁지만 매우 청결하다.
