★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 드마리스는 깔끔하고 고급스러운 유명한 뷔페.
사실 뷔페는 예식장뷔페밖에 못먹어봐서 상당히 맛있는 이런 뷔페는 놀라운 만족감이었음.
뷔페특성상 대식가가 아니면 돈이 아까움.
그때그때 다르겠지만 기본적으로 해산물종류가 매우 신선.
초밥과 회가 인상적이었음.
한식중식일식양식 모두 종류별로 다양하고 전부 수준급의 요리.
한코스당 최소 두명이 전담하는 요리라 바로바로 요리되는 모습을 볼수있음.
즉석해서 구워주는 스테이크가 간판격이지만 스테이크를 굽는 요리사가 2020년1월24일 저녁방문기준 상당히 표정이 불쾌해보였음.
어느정도였냐면 스테이크를 요청하자 한숨을 푹 쉬고 조금있다 다시오라는 말을 남김.
그 한숨쉬는 표정과 하기싫어하는 모습이 과연 돈받고 일하는 직원이 맞나 싶을 정도로 난감했음.
실제로 우리앞에서 기다리던 두명은 기분이 나빠서 가버림.
클레임을 걸어도 이상하지않을만큼 기분이 나쁜경험이었지만 전반적으로 다른 요리의 수준은 높기에 그냥 참고 넘김.
비싼 대게는 공급불안정이라는 아주 그럴싸한말로 포장되어 해산물코너에서 빠짐.
대게는 빠지고 스테이크는 노골적으로 싫어하는 표정으로 구워주니 비싼요리를 만들어주지않겠다는 결의가 돋보이는곳
금액은 다소 부담스러운 41900원.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11월 26일날 재 오픈하고 가격도 올랐는데..음식은 너무 맛이없고 예전에 비해 가짓수도 없음. 그흔한 새우도 찾아보기 힘들고. 화장실은 하수구 냄새에 더럽고 각종 차 포트는 기름이 둥둥 떠있고 ... 디저트는 전부 말라있고. 절대절대 안감. 예전에 자주 갔던 곳인데. 이젠 안갑니다.
It reopened on the 26th of November and the price has risen.. The food is not very tasty and there are no more variety than before. It's hard to find common shrimp. The toilet is dirty with the smell of sewer, the various tea pots are floating with oil... All the desserts are dry. Absolutely no feeling. A place I used to go to often. I'm not going now.

근데 먹을건 도통 없고 스테이크는 너무질기고 뭘먹어야할 지몰라서 식구들 다 앉아만 한번 돌구와서 있다왔네요 ㅎ 4만원 넘는 가격에 값어치를 전혀 못해요ㅎ
