★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 포토북 제작과 사진인화 서비스를 여러번 이용하며, 퍼블로그 이용하는 방법에 대해서는 무난하게 이해했다고 생각했습니다. 그런데 제가 액자를 주문하는 과정에서 크기가 cm로 표기되어 있길래 당연히 사진의 크기를 뜻하는 줄 알고 액자를 주문했습니다. 액자를 받고 보니 제가 넣고자 했던 사진이 들어가기에는 너무 작아서 이상하여 문의 전화를 드렸습니다. 그러자 cm는 액자 크기이며 옆에 따로 적혀있는 inch 크기가 사진 크기라고 하시면서, 이런 질문을 한 사람은 저밖에 없었다고 무안을 주시더군요. inch 옆 괄호가 되어있고 연한 글씨로 cm가 적혀있으면 inch를 cm로 환산한 값이라고 충분히 오해 할만하다고 생각합니다만, 그런 말씀을 듣고 나니 참 황당했습니다. 앞으로는 이 앱을 이용할 일이 없을 것 같습니다.

When I received the picture frame, it was too small for the picture I wanted to put in. Then cm told me that the size of the frame and the inch size on the side is the size of the picture. I think it's misunderstood that the inch is in cm, if it is in parentheses next to the inch and in soft letters. It looks like you won't be using this app in the future.
