★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1층이 고깃집 옆엘 주차공간이 있어 생각보다 주차가 부담스럽지 않습니다. 지하에 위치한 앉아스터디카페는 역시 온라인 예약이나 전화 예약으로 사용가능합니다. 일단 입구가 구분되어 있어 중간소음을 차단해주어 좋습니다. 입장하면 바로 휴게소가 있고 안으로 화장실이 위치해있습니다. 다른 출입문이 스터디카페 들어가는 곳인데 조명도 적당하고 환기도 잘 되어 학습하기에 편리합니다. 저는 4인 룸을 주로 이용하는데 환기시설이 되어 있고 공기 정화기가 있어 미세먼지 정화도 되어 깊은 지하가 주는 특유의 답답함이 느꼊지 않아 좋았습니다. 참고로 공기 정화기는 낮게 사용하시는게 좋습니다. 높게 사용하시면 배경 소음이 생각보다 큽니다.
사장님이나 관리 메니저님을 거의 만나지 못했지만 주차장에서 주차 안내로 잠깐 뵈었을 때 친절하고 편안하게 대해주셔서 좋았습니다.
학원이 밀집된 지역적 특성상 학원 중간 빈 시간에 이용하기 좋습니다.
