If you order the blue fin tuna sashmi dinner, the price is per person and the food, side dishes and sashimi are unlimited. The chef keeps cutting different cuts of sashimi, non-stop. He keeps cutting to please. This is not a sashimi buffet but some dinners are all-you-can-eat. They don't speak much English and I couldn't get a cup of tea. But beer, no problem. Food for refill, just point. The blue fin tuna cuts are very different than what I'm used to in the US. It's MUCH more fatty and have some ligaments. The marbles on these sashimi are so amazing. I don't likes it as much as the ones I'm used fo but it's a great experience. Go in with an empty stomach and sashimi yourself out.

Every plate you ordered, the make up was slightly different. My favorite was a plate of cuts from the head. The place was clean.
