★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 큰애가 작년에 생일 선물로 사준 갤럭시 워치4가 잘 작동하다가 며칠 전부터 방전이 급격히 일어나 서비스센터에 갔는데 점검 결과 배터리 문제는 아니라고 하면서 초기화 업데이트를 해주면서 일주일 정도 써보고 그래도 문제가 있으면 배터리 교체를 해주겠다고 해서 돌아올 때 배터리 잔량이 19% 였는데 집에 도착하니 8%로 떨어져 담당기사에게 항의 전화를 하고 다시 충전을 했더니 급속방전현상이 사라졌어요. 기이한 일 입니다.
 The Galaxy Watch 4 my eldest bought as a birthday gift last year was working fine, but a few days ago, it started to discharge rapidly, so I went to the service center. When I got home, the battery level was 19%, but when I got home, it dropped to 8%, so I called the driver in charge to protest, and when I charged it again, the rapid discharge phenomenon disappeared. It's weird.

어지간한 간단한 수리는 무료로 해주기도 하지만 일반 청구할때는 비용폭탄.
일본이나 중국, 미국브랜드 AS센터 비교하면 이 맛에 비싸도 삼성쓰지 싶은 느낌.
수지센터는 모바일전문이고 주차가 애매해보임. 길건너 수지도서관에 주차해야할듯.

Some simple repairs are also free of charge, but cost bombs when charged in general.
Comparing Japanese, Chinese, and American brand A/S centers, I feel like I want to use Samsung even though it is expensive for this taste.
Suji Center specializes in mobile phones, and parking seems vague. Looks like I'll have to park the car at the Suji library across the street.

근데 이곳은 핸드폰수리만하니깐 참고하세요핸드폰수리만 전문적으로 합니다...다른건 취급안해욤...그리고 꼭 전화로 상담먼저해야 헛걸음안합니다..헛걸음하시는 분 많이 봤네요..
Samsung service center is always friendly.
But please note that this place only repairs cell phones. We specialize in cell phone repairs... We don't deal with anything else... And you must first consult on the phone so that you don't walk in vain..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tl;dr: warranty/fixing is good, but don't go to purchase.
The warranty service is fast and friendly. I had a cracked screen, and got it fixed in 30 minutes. The sales service, however, is not. When I went to get a screen protector, the sales staff looked annoyed and unenthusiastic about their job. The screen protector was also crooked.
