"점심 시간"이라고 "절대" 안된다네요. 분명 원장님은 진료실에 있는데 말이죠? 한번 물어보고 안된다고 할 수는 없었나요? 그럼 아무것도 할 수 없는 점심시간에 물리치료는 왜 하나요? 고객을 진상처럼 대하는 재주가 있네요. 그리고 진료비 영수증 챙겨주는건 기본중에 기본인데.. 그냥 카드 명세서만 주네요. 몇천원도 아니고 몇만원 넘는 진료받았는데. 번창하시길 바라지만. 그럴려면 직원 교육을 다시하셔야 할듯 합니다.
