★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 댓거리에 있는 마라탕 가게 중 가장 좋아하는 가게입니다. 건너편에 있는 가게와 맛이 아얘 다릅니다. 고명은 다른곳 보다 적은 편이지만 웬만한건 다 있으며 최근에 치즈떡이 추가되었습니다. 새우완자, 청경채, 배추, 연근, 푸주, 옥수수면, 중국당면, 납작당면, 분모자, 건두부, 햄, 느타리, 팽이, 백목이, 목이버섯 등이 있습니다. 가게 직원분들이 중국말을 쓰시는데 조선족분들인지 중국분들인지 모르겠지만 친절하십니다. 다만 코로나 여파로 식자재 소비가 느렸던건지.. 작년 초반쯤 다른 마라탕 가게들처럼 재료관리가 안되는 경우가 종종 있었습니다.( 배추에 곰팡이, 떡이나 분모자가 심하게 불어버림) 바구니도 물이 매번 닿고 여러사람이 쓰기에 세척을 제대로 하는지 좀 신경쓰이긴 합니다. 맛이 좋아서 그냥 먹습니다
This is my favorite maratang shop in Daedori. It tastes different from the shop across the street. The garnish is less than other places, but there are quite a few, and cheesecake was added recently. There are shrimp balls, bok choy, Chinese cabbage, lotus root, puju, corn noodles, Chinese vermicelli, flat noodles, denominator, dried tofu, ham, oyster, enoki, white mok, and wood ear mushrooms. The store staff speaks Chinese, and I don't know if they are Korean or Chinese, but they are kind. However, was it that food consumption was slow due to the aftermath of the corona?. Around the beginning of last year, like other maratang stores, there were often cases where materials could not be managed (mold, mochi or denominator blown badly on the cabbage). The basket was also covered with water every time. I am a little worried about how to clean it properly because it is used by many people. I just eat it because it tastes good
