주변에 수목이 우거져 있고, 아파트간 거리가 넓어 쾌적하게 느끼며 조경도 훌륭함

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 서정초,목동중,진명여고 등 인근에 학교가 많고 이마트,목동역 등 생활편의시설이 잘 갖춰져 있음.아쉬운 점은 주차장이 많이 부족하고,단지가 작고 큰도로에 둘러쌓여 있다 보니 밤에는 차,특히 오토바이 소음이 시끄러움
