★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 정식명칭은 가양도시개발공사8단지(임대)에요. 시행은 서울도시개발공사(현 sh)에서 시공은 삼성중공업에서 했구요. 총 9개동에 1110세대에요. 입주는 1992년이었으니 오래됐죠? 영구임대아파트다보니 관리는 sh에서 다 해주는거같아요.평수는 당연히 소형평수랍니다.주로 10여평되요. 주변에 교통여건좋구요.어린이집.유치원.경로당,공용화장실이 곰돌이어린이공원에 있어서 너무 좋죠. 특이하게 단지안에 어린이공원이 자리잡고 있는게 조금 의아했어요.아기들 키우기에는 최고.금연공원인데 버젓이 담배피고 가는 청년들때문에 마음이 상했어요.임대아파트인데 차들은 좋더군요.문제있는듯했어요.아쉽네요

The construction was done by the Seoul Urban Development Corporation (now sh) and the construction was done by Samsung Heavy Industries. There are 1110 households in 9 buildings. There is good traffic in the surroundings, such as a nursery, kindergarten, path, and public restroom. It was unusual to find a children's park in the complex.It was the best place to raise babies.
