I have been going there for 6-7 years since I moved. The first time I went there, I went to see the column that the director was writing for in the Muscle & Fitness magazine and inquired about it. The director is not only knowledgeable about sports but also full of passion. It is a gym with many people who go from far away like me, and it is a place where the consistency is always clean and pleasantly maintained.
