I recommend Panmomil. The noodles are excellent and the broth is thick. Bossam and mung bean jeon go well together. Value for money is also good.

The bibim buckwheat was a type of bibim that I personally did not like, such as lettuce and tomato, but the sauce and overall balance were good. The soup that came with it was clean and refreshing.
