일단 양을 많이 줄 것이다. 아주 포만감 느낄 수 있도록 많이 많이.
그런점에서 포몬스 하남시청점은 성공한 가게다.
토요일, 일요일 점심시간에 가면 웨이팅이 있을 정도다.
맛도 양도 만족한다는 것이다.
난 쌀국수가 별로여서 소고기 볶음밥을 시켰는데 양은 거의 2인분에 육박했다. 하지만 볶음 정도는 그냥 그랬다. 수분이 많다고나 할까? 꼬들한 느낌이 없이 눅눅했다. 가게에서 해주는 센불에 웍에다 볶는 것이 아니라 약한불에 집에서 볶는 볶음밥 같은 느낌이었다.
쌀국수 전문점에서는 쌀국수 먹는게 좋을 것 같다.
What would I care about if I was collecting local Vietnamese rice noodles?
First I will give a lot of quantity. Lots of lots to make you feel very full.
In that respect, Formons Hanam City Hall is a successful store.
When I go to lunch on Saturday and Sunday, there is a wait.
They are satisfied with both the taste and the quantity.
I ordered beef fried rice because the rice noodles weren't good, but the amount was almost two servings. But the stir-fry was just that. Can I say it's a lot of moisture? It was soggy without a feeling of being stubborn. It felt like fried rice fried at home over low heat, rather than fried in wok over high heat from the store.
I think it would be better to eat pho at a phos specialty restaurant.
