★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 지하철 2호선 역삼역과 연결된 건물로 과거 호텔로 하려 했으나 론스타 매입 되팔면서 역삼역 주변의 글로벌 회사가 모여있는 큰 업무공간이에요. 여의도 파이낸스센터와 서울 파이낸스센터가 한 계열사라는 말도 있긴 합니다. 임대료가 높은 건물중 하나라고 들었어요. 지하 1-2층엔 식당, 약국, 편의점 등이 있고요 1층 부터 42층까지는 업무공간인 것 같아요. 나이키, 델, 구글, 트위터, 이베이등 글로벌 업체가 입주해서 사용중이고 국민.신한등 VIP센터도 있지만 일반고객은 2층에 가면 하나은행, 3층엔 국민, SC제일은행이 일반 고객을 받고 있어요 주차장은 가격이 한시간 만원정도 같은데 지하 음식점에서 만원이상 밥먹거나 커피 마시면 2시간 주차 할인 해줍니다. 다른 고층건물처럼 층별 엘레베이터가 있고 지상 2층에는 하나은행 ATM 및 무인우편취급기가 있어요.
It is connected to Yeoksam Station on Subway Line 2 and I tried to be a hotel in the past, but it is a big work space where global companies around Yeoksam Station are gathered. Some say that Yeouido Finance Center and Seoul Finance Center are affiliates. I heard that it is one of the high rent buildings. There are restaurants, pharmacies and convenience stores on the first and second basement floors. Nike, Dell, Google, Twitter, and eBay are in use, and there are VIP centers such as Citizens and Shinhan, but general customers are receiving general customers from Hana Bank on the second floor, citizens on the third floor and SC First Bank. The price seems to be about one million won, but if you eat more than 10,000 won at underground restaurants or drink coffee, you will get 2 hours parking discount. Like other high-rise buildings, there is a floor-level elevator. On the second floor, there are Hana Bank ATMs and unmanned posters.
