호텔 출신 젊은 사장님이 운영하는 오픈주방
형태의 요리주점인데 왠만한 중식주점 이상의
내공을 지닌 곳.
칠리깐풍새우는 바삭함이 잘 살아있고
살도 단맛이 있어 쏘맥안주로 부족함이 없다.
누룽지탕은 하이라이스같은 걸죽한 비주얼인데
맛이 정말 깊고 진하다. 일반적인 누룽지탕과
다른 독특한 식감이 매력적이라 바닥까지
싹싹 긁어먹게된다. 꼭 추천하고 싶은 메뉴
위치가 주엽과 강선마을 사이 골목에 있어서
눈에띄진 않지만 찾아가볼 가치가 충분히 있는 곳
