★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 네모커머스(주)를 통해 하리보 젤리를 구매하였는데, 갑자기 문자 와서 제품이 품절되어 구매가 취소될 꺼라고 하더니 일방적으로 취소를 해버렸습니다. 다른 제품으로 교환이 가능하도록 하는 것이 일반적인데, 네모커머스(주)에서는 제가 구매한 건에 대해서 판매자가 마음대로 취소처리를 하고 완료까지 해버리네요. 거기다가 네모커머스(주) 연락처로 되어 있는 곳은 통화가 안되는 전화번호(1644-8683)입니다. 같은 상황을 겪으신 분들있으시면 같이 항의 부탁 드립니다. 아무리 금액이 작은 물품이지만, 이건 좀 너무 하네요. 대표님 보시면 좀 도와주십시오.
