여기도 지하철이 개통되면 집값이 오를까? 워낙 신혼부부들이 찾는 김포라 40평대가 있는곳은 좀 어렵지않을까 생각하지만 투기목적이 아니라면 차있고 여유있는 주거를 원한다면 김포에 이값이면 아주 훌륭한 곳!
Medium and large apartments in Ganghwa-dong. The only apartment with swimming pool available only for residents.
Will the price of the house increase after the subway is opened here? I think that it is difficult to find a place where Gimpo 40-block is looking for honeymooners, but if you do not want to speculate, if you want a car and leisurely residence, it is a great place for Gimpo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow ! Ich mag ja keine Hochhäuser aber diese Wohnanlage ist wirklich schön. Unter der gesamten Anlage befindet sich eine Tiefgarage so das weder Bewohner noch Besucher auf der Straße parken sondern im der klimatisierten Tiefgarage. Zwischen den einzelnen Häusern sind grüne Oasen mit Bänken beschattet von Bäumen sowie kleine Spielplätze. 2 von 10 Hochhäuserwohnungen verfügen über eine große Dachterrasse. Die Aussicht ist klasse !
Wow! I do not like skyscrapers but this gated community is really nice. Under the entire complex is an underground car park so that neither residents nor visitors park on the street but in the air-conditioned underground car park. Between the individual houses are green oases with benches shaded by trees and small playgrounds. 2 out of 10 high-rise apartments have a large roof terrace. The view is great!

1007 generations. The ground is a play area. It's a walking space.
Parking lot is on the 1st and 2nd basement levels.
Gym on the first basement floor. Screen golf. Reading Room. DVD room. There is a large swimming pool of not small size.
