★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my experience with the Lotteria delivery service，The app showed it will arrive in 6 mins and i came early to wait for that in the hotel reception，And 15 mins passed and no one came，i called back to lotteria and they said the food is still on the way and no explanation for the delay. WORST！and no more delivery of the lotteria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly the record for longest time I've waited for "fast food". From ordering to eating it took 40 minutes (The machine said it would probably take around 7). Only saw 3 members of staff here despite a lot of customers. Completely overwhelmed. Furthermore the cheese fries weren't tasty. Not worth it even if your wait is within a reasonable time.
