그날 사용한 기름은 모두 폐기하고, 매일 깨끗한 새 기름(18L) 으로 60마리만(뼈닭+순살 1마리 기준) 조리하고 있다고 한다.
기름 재사용 매장을 신고하면 10배 보상을 해준다고 하니 그만큼 믿고 먹을 수 있다.
맛있다고 소문이 나서 먹어보았는데 뜬소문이 아니었다.
매장에서 먹어서 그런지 갓 튀겨져 나온 치킨의 바삭함과 달콤함, 매콤함이 어우러져 아주 맛있었다.
소맥과 함께 했는데 순삭이었다.
배달 어플 평은 안 좋던데 왜 그런지 이해가 안 되었다.
