★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2월의 목포에선 석화찜을 먹기 어렵습니다. 음식유행이 빨라서 벌써 주꾸미로 넘어가 버렸기 때문입니다. 겨우 찾아간 이 댁은 서비스가 남다르거나 세련된 인테리어 같은 건 없습니다. 다만, 손님의 종업원 호출이 최소화됩니다. 종업원을 자주 부르지 않아도 음식을 즐겁게 먹을 수 있다면 훌륭한 서비스 설계일 것입니다. 석화찜에 대한 만족도 또한 제법 높습니다.
