★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 최최최악입니다. 열흘 전에 주문한 크리스마스케이크가 누락돼서 크리스마스 지나서 오면 무슨 소용인가요? 다른 후기들도 보니까 못 받으신 분들이 꽤 있는거 같던데 능력것 주문을 받으셨어야죠? 누가 고객응대도 최악이라고 써놨는데 맞고요, 지난주부터 문의드린 글이랑 톡 답장 좀 해주시고 전화 좀 받으세요. 케이크 없이 보낸 크리스마스는 어떻게 보상해주실건지요? 파티를 망쳤는데 환불만 해주면 끝인가요?
It's the worst. If the Christmas cake I ordered ten days ago is missing, what good is it if it arrives after Christmas?
