Ate at B-3! Basic orders start with +1 Personnel. If they don't have a home they go to, it seems like they sit in order, but everyone seems to be kind. The atmosphere is good and the shochu keeps coming!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 남포의 백화양곱창과 서면의 문화양곱창을 고민하다가 가게 되었습니다. 작은 한 층건물에 섹션이 8군데로 나눠져서 이모님들이 양곱창을 직접 구워주시는 곳이었어요. 들어오자마자 환기가 안 되어서 공기가 뿌옇게 되어있었습니다. 옷에 냄새 무조건 베여요. 들어가자마자 이모님들의 신경전(?)처럼 서로 유치하려고 경쟁하시더라구요. 어찌저찌해서 B-3에 앉게 되었습니다. 기본이 3인분부터라 두명이서 모듬2인분, 좋은데이, 사이다를 주문했어요. 사이다는 귀엽게 병사이다로 나와요. 부추와 팽이버섯에 마늘양념을 하시고, 싸먹을 수 있는 쌈과 오이, 양념장 등을 준비해주십니다. 바로 앞에서 마늘양념이
된 염통, 대창, 곱창, 특양 등을 구워주십니다. 저희가 잘 몰라서 부위 설명해주시면서 맛있게 잘 구워주시는데 양은 적어요. 그래도 곱도 꽉 차있고, 분위기 때문인지 소주가 잘 들어가요. 마지막으로 김치말이를 서비스로 주시는데 분명 2인분 주신다고 했는데 4개가 다 입니다. 1인분에 2개인 것도 놀랐고, 3인분 시켰는데 2인분만 주신 것도 의아했어요. 맛있긴한데 양이 다 적네요. 그래도 이모님과 이런저런 얘기하면서 잘 먹고 나왔습니다.
I went there after thinking about Baekhwa Yang Gopchang in Nampo and Culture Yang Gopchang in Seomyeon. It was a small one-story building, divided into 8 sections, so it was a place where my aunts grilled pork belly. As soon as we entered, there was no ventilation, so the air was cloudy. The smell is always on the clothes. As soon as they entered, they competed to attract each other like aunts' nerves (?). Somehow, I ended up sitting in B-3. The basics start with 3 servings, so we ordered assorted 2 servings, Good Day, and Cider. Saida is cute as a soldier. Grilled yeomtong, daechang, giblets, special lamb, etc. We don't know it well, so he explains the parts and cooks them deliciously, but the amount is small. Still, the meat is full, and the soju goes well in the atmosphere. Lastly, they serve kimchi rolls as a service, and they said they would give it to two people, but there are all four. I was surprised that there were two for one person, and I was surprised that they only served two after I ordered it for three. It's delicious, but the quantity is small. Still, we had a good meal while talking with my aunt.
