김	김수천 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 첫번째) 여름겨울철에 시원하고 따뜻한게 집인것 같은데 그점이 너무 안타깝내요~ 두번째) 건의사항은 비밀리에 건의함 쪽지에 넣으면 총무님든 및 사장님이 좀 보시고 삼성리빙텔이 부평에서는 가고싶은 곳이 되었으면 좋겠내요~ 세번째)너무 환경적요인으로인해 시끄럽내요~방음도 잘안되는데 거기에 문이 완충형이 아니여서 많은사람들이 쾅소리날정도로 크게닫아서 깜짝깜짝 놀랍니다~이건 시설문제이기도하고 개개인의 문제지만 젤먼저 그런 완충장치가 없다는게 좀 아쉽내요~ 네번째)삼성리빙텔이 리모델링되서 지금모습인데 노후와된게 사실입니다~과감하게 투자두 필요하고 그비용이 부담스러우면 가격을 상승시켜도 많은 사람들이 삼성리빙텔을 찾아옵니다~가격대비 장식과 침대 그런것이 좀더깔끔하게 교체하고 약간의 방월세를 올려도 충분히 메리트는 있습니다~여타 리빙텔들도 삼성리빙텔보다는 가격이 몇만원은 더나갈겁니다~이점 참고하셔서 잘 적용해보시는것도 좋을듯해요~원래 돈버는사람들 대부분이 한사업을하면 그사업에 재투자 하자나요~그래서 버는사람이 더벌고 못버는사람들은 항상 그자리라고 봅니다. 앞으로 삼성리빙텔이 부펴에서만은 젤 따뜻하고 혼자사는데 불편함이없는 한공간이 되기를 바라는마음으로 적어보았네요~부디 삼성리빙텔이 잘되기를 바라고 간절히 원합니다~그런공간으로 탈바꿈되기를 기대해봅니다~~^^ First) I think it's cool and warm at home in the summer and winter.
