상동에 “최선”이라는 양고기 집이 있다.
여기는 양갈비+양등심(우수이+아쯔이)세트로
주문해서 먹어 볼 수 있다.
어린 양을 사용하기에 냄새도 없고 육질도 좋다.
고기와 야채를 같이 먹다 중간에 밥을 주문해서
숙주 나물과 같이 먹으면 훌륭하다.
최선에서 만든 수제 소스가 양고기와 잘 어울린다.
