정	정수 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 헬스장 트레이너쌤 과하지 않고 기분나쁘지 않게 적당한 선에서 친절하게 잘 알려주세요. 어제 3번째 PT받고 왔고 오늘은 처음으로 헬스장에 스스로가서 운동도 했어요. 막연하게 얼른 살빼야지 하면서 시작한 첫 PT등록이였는데... 이번에 난생 처음 개인PT 받으면서 목표도 생기고 동기부여도 되고 운동에 재미 붙일 수 있을 것 같아요 :) 이번엔 꼭 꼭 꼭 목표체중 감량 성공할거예요. 허재석트레이너 선생님 추천해요. Gym trainer so you don’t overdo it and don’t feel bad Please inform us kindly and well in a reasonable way. I received my 3rd PT yesterday, and today I went to the gym for the first time and did exercise. It was the first PT registration I started with vaguely having to lose weight quickly... This time, I think I can get a goal, motivate me, and add fun to exercise as I receive my personal PT for the first time in my life :) This time, I will definitely succeed in losing the target weight. I recommend Jaesuk Hur, Trainer Teacher.

S	SKBC Channel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to move near my office in Yeouido and I was worried I wouldn’t find a decent gym. You’d never know there’s a great gym in this building. A lot of buildings in Yeouido are old and this is no exception. There’s no elevator (at least I haven’t seen one). The gym’s on the 3rd floor and it has all the weights and equipment you need .... about a dozen treadmills. Good helpful staff, price is very reasonable, clean locker room, etc. Equipment’s a little dusty but coming from old school weight rooms, this gym is perfect for me. By the way, it’s open on weekends.... HUGE plus.
