★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 삼성역 근처 섬유센터 건물 지하에 위치한 돼지고기 전문식당. 숄더랙이라는 메뉴는 돼지 1마리당 한세트만 나온다는 부위로 168시간을 숙성한 고기라고 하는데, 생김새가 양갈비 같아 보인다. 개인적으로 고기는 일반 숙성삼겹살과 맛에서 큰차이가 없게 느껴졌지만 맛은 좋았다. 후식으로 주문하는 김치볶음밥도 아주 맛있다. 고기를 직원들이 직접 구워 줘서 편했고, 직원들도 친절했다. 점심때는 주로 부대전골을 먹는다고 하는데 맛있다고 하니 다음에 먹어봐야겠다.
A pork restaurant located in the basement of the Textile Center building near Samseong Station. The menu called shoulder rack is said to have been aged for 168 hours with only one set per pig. Personally, the meat didn't have much difference in taste from the normal aged pork belly, but the taste was good. The kimchi fried rice ordered for dessert is also very delicious. The staff cooked the meat themselves, so it was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. They say that they usually eat baejang hotpot at lunch, but they say it's delicious, so I'll try it next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 살치살은 머 당연하게도 너무나 맛있었다. 신기했던건 돼지고기가 참 맛있었다. 다 똑같은 돼지고기가 아니란걸 알게되었다. 같이 나오는 소스류나 반찬류들도 맛이 좋았다. 돈 부담없이 쓸수있다면 여기 아주 추천한다
Salchi meat was, of course, very tasty. Surprisingly, the pork was very tasty. I learned that not all pork is the same. The sauce and side dishes that came with it were also delicious. If you can use it without spending a lot of money, I highly recommend it here.
