맥아리 없는 전화통화 목소리와 그냥 편한대로 툭툭 내뱉는 말투...
그리고 뭐 나쁜 의도가 아닌 건 알겠는데 어이 없다는 듯이 살짝 피식거리는 말투(버릇인듯?) 등등...
그런 것들 지적하는 사람이 없어서 계속 그런 듯 한데 정말 별로임.
 The female employee's customer response is good, but the male employee seems to need a lot of improvement.
The voice of the phone call without malariness and the way of speaking comfortably...
And I know that it's not a bad intention, but a little bit of ridiculousness (like a habit?) etc...
I don't see anyone pointing out those things, so it seems like they keep doing it, but it's really bad.

금테에 알값해서 5만원도 안되게 새로맞춘거같아요
안경알이 생각보다 얇게 나왔어요.ㅎ
