★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 내가 느낀 바로 주민 의견 귓등으로도 안 들음. 체계적인 매뉴얼이 없는지 반대자에 대한 홍보원의 태도나 대처가 엉터리임. 자기들 의견만 고집하고 반대 주민 의견은 인정도 안 함.
 What I felt was that I didn't even listen to the residents' opinions. If there is no systematic manual, the public relations officer's attitude or response to the opponent is wrong. They insist on their own opinions and do not even recognize the opposing opinions of the residents.
