★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 종류도 괜찮고 어떤 곳은 모카빵이나 모카크림빵 반죽을 나눠서 쓰니까 빵이 작은데 여기는 정량의 빵 반죽으로 빵을 만들어서 좋아요. 특히 빵을 크게 보이게 하려고 오버 발효하지 않아서 빵 맛이 괜찮습니다.
Kinds are fine and some places use mocha bread or mocha cream bread dough, so the bread is small. The bread tastes good, especially because it doesn't over ferment to make the bread look larger.
