★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 신한은행에 대한 좋은 이미지를 경복궁지점에서 가지고 별내점 찾아갔다가 어이가 없어서 돌아오네요. 외국에서 오래 살아 한국의 용어를 잘몰라 물어보는데 어이없다는 표정이 얼굴에 다보이면서 대답하고 내가 지금 무슨 죄진사람도 아니고 참 불편하고 제대로 불쾌한 경험이였습니다. 돈을 융퉁해야해서 비지니스 어카운트까지 만들생각이 있었지만 불친절하고 성의없는 대답덕에 마음이 봐뀌었습니다. 다시는 갈생각 없고, 정장입고가면 대우하고 트레이닝복 입고가면 무시하는건가요? 점장부터가 마인드가 별로인거같고 왠만하면 이곳은 가지 마시기를.
