The center and gardens are well worth visiting and may inspire you to read more about movement and how it affected Korea and other Asian countries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was dead as a door nail when I got there. I'm super off season so it makes sense. No Koreans or anything, there was a handful of boards in English and some pictures of the uprising, not too much. The area and memorials around the park are more interesting. Also there is a really cool Buddist temple in there middle south that was amazing. They were singing and it was cool
