★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 냉면을 시키면 칼국수를 주시는 착한 시장 맛집. 메밀차가 구수하고 맛있었음. 기본찬으로 주시는 김치가 압권. 시원한 동치미는 단맛이 적어 그 한동이로만도 해장이 되는 기분. 칼칼한 겉절이며 국물 살짝있는 열무국수도 국수 말아먹고싶은 맛.
물냉면을 시켰는데 면이 오버쿡 되고 국물의 발란스가 안맞아 신맛이 강조되어 아쉬웠음. 단골 어르신들 입맛에 맞추신듯. 재료가 좋은듯보여 엄청 아쉬운 맛.
서비스로 주신 칼국수가 그날의 메인이었음. 세상 좋은 깔끔한 맛. 겉절이 김치와 함께 먹으니 저세상 맛. 냉면에 실망한 기분울 달래주었다 별점은 김치와 칼국수의 덕. 만두전골도 기대됨.
A good market place where cold noodles are served with kalguksu. Buckwheat tea was savory and delicious. Kimchi, which is given as a basic side dish, is the best. The cool Dongchimi has less sweetness, so it feels like it's a nuisance. The noodles are crispy and have a little bit of soup.
I ordered the water-cold noodles, but the noodles were overcooked and the soup was not balanced, so the sourness was emphasized, which was unfortunate. It seems to suit the taste of regular elderly people. The ingredients seem good, and the taste is very regrettable.
Kalguksu, which was given as a service, was the main of the day. Good clean taste of the world. It's a low-grade taste because it is eaten with kimchi. I was so disappointed in the cold noodles, and the star rating was thanks to Kimchi and Kalguksu. The dumpling hotpot is also expected.

음식맛에 비결은 그 곳에서 묻어나온 것 같다.
It is a neat and clean place to see in Dong-gu, Incheon. Young men's room. The smiling face of the friendly female boss is impressive.
