심장사상충약을 사러 갔는데 대뜸
1. 처음 왔냐고?
2. 수의사님의 처방이 있어야 약을 살 수 있다고,
3. 결론적으로는 집에 가서 강아지를 데리고 다시 방문하여 자기네 병원에 등록하고, 수의사님 진단을 받은 후에 약을 구입하라는 겁니다.
물론 데스크에 계시는 분은 매뉴얼대로 안내한 것이겠지만, 약국이나 인터넷에서 쉽게 살 수 있는 약을 구입하는데 있어서
1. 의사 진단 없이 심장사상충 약을 구매할 수 없다는 성문화된 법조항이 있는지?
2. 사람이 복용하는 구충제도 진단 없이 구매 가능한데, 강아지는 왜 필요한지?
3. 의사 진단이 필요하다는 게 그 병원의 방침인지?
등을 물었으나 안내 데스크 직원은 아무런 답변도 하지 않았고, 수의사를 직접 만나겠다고 하니 지금은 만날 수 없고 직원 본인이 전화로 물어보겠다는 겁니다.
