★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2명이서 짜장 2개와 탕수육을 시켰다. 탕수육 작은 거인 것 같은데 맛은 정말 괜찮았는데 문제는 양이 너무 적었다.
일부러 맛있게 느끼라고 일부러 양이 적었을까?
짜장은 손짜장이라고는 하지만 일반 중국집보다 맛있다는 생각이 안들었다
짜장 역시 양이 적었다.
점심때 둘이서 짜장과 탕수육을 시켜 배고파 보기는 처음이다
전체적으로 아쉬운 느낌을 지울 수 없다
 Two people ordered two pieces of jjajang and sweet and sour pork. It looks like a small sweet and sour pork, but the taste was really good, but the problem was that the quantity was too small.
Was the quantity intentionally small to make it taste good?
Jjajang is called hand jjajang, but I didn't think it tasted better than regular Chinese restaurants.
The amount of soy sauce was also small.
It's the first time I've ever been hungry since the two of us ordered jajang and sweet and sour pork at lunch.
I can't erase the feeling of regret overall

창신동 골목에 위치한 중식당이다. 근방 식당의 연륜들 또한 꽤있어보인다. 확실치 않지만 이 골목 내에서도 업력이 꽤 있다고 들은만큼 기대도 되던 곳. 탕수육소자와 짜장을 시켰다. 반찬은 셀프. 가격은 수타인점운 감안하면 충뷰히 이해가된다. 탕수육은 소스와 버무려져나오는 형식이다. 그만큼 튀김에 어느정도 자신이 있나보다. 실제로도 눅눅하지않으며 단맛이 강하지도 않아 만족스럽다. 반주에 딱이다. 뒤이어 나온 짜장면. 간만에 맛보는 수타라 반갑다. 짜장의 경우 단맛이 덜 하며 마늘과 마장의 향이 섞여있는 듯하다. 춘장이 많이 들어간 경우의 매력과는 다른 이 집 짜장은 짭조름한 맛이 인상적. 만족스럽다.
소수점이 있다면 4점이상이다. 동대입구, 충무로에있던 수타집이 없어지면서 수타면이 그리웠던 찰나에 반가운 중식당이다.
Handa Chinese restaurant that has become rare in the middle of Seoul
It is a Chinese restaurant located in an alley in Changsin-dong. The ages of the nearby restaurants also seem to be quite good. I'm not sure, but I was looking forward to it as I heard that there is a lot of work in this alley. I ordered sweet and sour pork and jjajang. Meals are self-service. The price is fully understandable considering the hand-in-hand. Sweet and sour pork is mixed with sauce. That's how confident you are with tempura. In fact, it is not soggy and the sweetness is not strong, which is satisfactory. Perfect for accompaniment Jjajangmyeon followed. It's nice to taste Sutara after a short while. Jjajang is less sweet and seems to have a mixture of garlic and majang. Unlike the charm of a lot of chunjang, this jjajang has an impressive salty taste. Satisfied.
If there is a decimal point, it is 4 points or more. This is a nice Chinese restaurant at the moment when I missed Suta-myeon as the Suta restaurant in Chungmuro, Dong University entrance disappeared.
